Jack joined the business under our Graduate Trainee Programme which saw him spend time working across the full range of disciplines involved in commercial insurance broking.
Jack supported the Account Managers within our Swansea headquarters whilst undertaking an accelerated technical training programme before receiving a promotion to Account Executive.
Julie Heatley-Thomas
Account Executive
Julie has enjoyed over 25 year in the insurance industry. With spells at RSA and HSBC Julie has had valuable industry experience having held important internal and external roles.
Julie has a wealth of key client management experience and has been advising at board level for over 15 years.
Dr Ray Dickens BSc PhD

Ray, a Freeman of the City of London , has lived in Wales for the past 40 years.
Entering his 50th year as an insurance broker, you will be hard pressed to meet a more experienced insurance professional. He is able to apply this experience across very many industry sectors.
Lorna Lyndon
Commercial Account Executive
Lorna has enjoyed a 32 year insurance career, including over twenty years spent with Royal & Sun Alliance before moving into insurance broking 10 years ago. In this time Lorna has held a variety of demanding underwriting, leadership and client support roles.
Lorna supports clients from across the West Country as well as developing new business opportunities.
Christine Le Grand
Account Executive
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Christine has held commercial underwriting and sales development roles for major insurers including Royal Sun Alliance. Her most recent position was with a broking alliance where she was Operations Director.
Christine joined Prescott Jones in 2017, based in Bristol she advises commercial clients across the West.
