Managing Director
Ed has enjoyed over 30 years in the industry, beginning with Sun Alliance where he held management roles across Wales and the West. Alongside Gareth, he established Prescott Jones in 1991.
As Managing Director, Ed has led the business through 25 years of continued growth. Whilst running a now substantial business, Ed has been keen to retain a diverse book of corporate clients across the UK.
Mike Protheroe
Sales Director
Mike has worked in Insurance Broking for 30 years having held positions with both Provincial and National Brokers. During this time he has been involved in the provision and placement of all classes of commercial general insurance for a variety of trade sectors including civil engineers, construction, professions, motor trade & manufacturing.
Paul Gardner
Sales and Marketing Director
Paul has enjoyed over 30 years in the industry, beginning with Sun Alliance. After 12 years with HSBC, Paul joined Thomas, Carroll Group plc where he helped grow the business over 14 years. Paul also acts as Group Markets Manager for parent company Brown & Brown Europe so splits his time between London and South Wales.
Mike Steeds
Operations Director
Mike began his insurance career in 1978 when he joined Commercial Union where he was to spend over 15 years with management placements in Bristol, Luton and latterly in Swansea. In 1995 Mike joined Prescott Jones where he now manages the day to day operations of the business.
Chris Davies
Director
Chris has enjoyed 30 years in the insurance industry. His career began working for his Father's brokerage and he has spent informative years with The AA, AXA Insurance and Royal Sun Alliance. Chris advises businesses across a number of sectors but he is a respected expert in the Construction Sector.
