Charlotte Barry
Account Manager
Charlotte joined Prescott Jones in 2013 following spells with local brokers Thomas & Byrne. From an initial role as receptionist she has developed through personal lines account management into a new role as a member of our Digital Trading Unit. Charlotte now combines her Personal lines expertise with Commercial business and claims support.
Sally Hendricks
Commercial Account Manager
Sally joined Prescott Jones in 2023 as a Commercial Account Handler after some 31 years in the industry. Starting from leaving school with local broker Les Crawford, she moved with successive network mergers and acquisitions to work with Towergate in Swansea from 2002. She is the current President of Swansea and West Wales CII.
Rachel Donne
Senior Account Manager
Having joined Prescott Jones as a receptionist, Rachel has progressed through sheer hard work and extensive technical training to become a commercial account manager.
Rachel advises clients across a wide variety of industry sectors. She enjoys close relationships with insurance company contacts which she brings to bear for the advantage of her clients.
Jacquie Hancock
Senior Account Manager
Jacquie has had 30 plus years of experience as a Commercial Underwriter and Commercial Account Manager in South Wales. During this time she has also held senior representative roles for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Jacquie is a well known and respected figure in the industry and brings her wealth of experience and contacts together for the benefit of her clients.
Rhys Hughes
Operations Manager
Rhys started his insurance career as a Development Underwriter with Aviva and gained experience in the broking sector before joining Prescott Jones in 2006.
Rhys’s previous underwriting background adds to his ability to negotiate the best possible terms available from insurers on behalf of our clients.
Dan Steeds
Account Manager
Dan spent part of his career with ERS Insurance gaining considerable operational experience, before working in an underwriting role with a specialist broker.
Dan supports our Account Executives from our Digital Trading Unit. From here he works closely with insurers utilising their digital trading platforms to access the best terms for existing and new clients.
Louise Pretty
Account Manager
After a successful career in industry in the South East, Louise joined Prescott Jones 16 years ago. Louise brings her wealth of business and insurance industry experience to bear for the benefit of her clients on a day-to-day basis.
Supporting some of Prescott Jones’ largest and technically challenging clients, Louise’s calm assurance is her trademark.
CATH RASHBROOK
Senior Account Manager
Cath has worked for Prescott Jones for over 15 years. Previously she enjoyed a career with Chubb Insurance.
Cath acted as our Claims manager for many years before moving into the position of Account Manager. Here Cath works alongside Mike Protheroe in managing a substantial book of commercial clients, providing advice and negotiating with insurers on their behalf.
Malcolm Wallace
Commercial Account Handler
In an insurance career spanning 25 years, Malcolm has worked for insurance brokers across the UK gaining a wide breadth of knowledge of industry sectors.
Having settled in South Wales in 2011 Malcolm understands the challenges facing local businesses.
Dai Llewelyn
Account Manager
Dai a graduate of the University of the West of England, has worked in the insurance sector for a number of years, latterly with ERS Insurance before joining Prescott Jones.

Charlie Joined Prescott Jones in 2023 from Towergate where he spent 18 months. Charlie is part of our digital trading team where he he handles personal and commercial insurance alongside providing claims support. A fluent Welsh speaker, Charlie is an athlete, enjoying rugby, mountain biking and Iron man challenges.
